I recently met with a client who had just discovered she has slightly elevated thyroid antibodies (TPO, if you’re curious). This means she has started developing early stages of autoimmunity toward her thyroid, but her other thyroid markers were still in a healthy range (TSH, T4 and T3).
Thank you for this! It’s been three years since I was told I have elevated TPO antibodies (among various other issues that developed at the same time or shortly there after) and it’s been like running in a hamster wheel to get good help and guidance. Still not there yet.

I have been diagnosed with inflammatory osteo arthritis and osteoporosis, will you consider writing about this disease?
I’m definitely planning to write about inflammation! The info will likely be helpful for you even if I don’t specifically address arthritis.
