Good article.. I switched to cod liver oil from fish oil pills.. no fish burps.. no way you are not going to notice it spoiled in a spoon .. think it is cheaper also per dose .. also usually has a little vitamin a and d

I use Carlson's brand lemon-flavored cod liver oil right now.

The Creatine I'm using now is Davinci Labs.

Looks like they've done some clinical trials on it, and it's basically proprietary versions of magnesium and calcium with some vitamin D3. Pretty simple/basic. Hope it helps you!

Thank you for the feedback. My doctor would like to start me on traditional meds but I’m hesitant due to side effects. I’ve been using collagen peptides, D3 and calcium for years but not certain it is effective. DXA scan scheduled. Thank you again.
