You’re interested in nutrition and health, but you’re not trying to biohack every facet of your life. And, I’m interested in discussing the gray areas of nutrition that rarely have clear-cut answers. Here, you’ll find strategies for maintaining a healthy perspective on the benefits of nutrition without obsessing over every bite you take.

Over the last 15 years, I’ve worked with thousands of clients to individualize their nutrition care based on their needs: diagnoses, symptoms, biochemistry (blood work and other lab tests), lifestyle, eating preferences, and overall goals. This experience made me realize that, while everyone’s nutrition needs are a little different, most of us face similar struggles and have endless questions about the “truth” behind nutrition information. “Truth“ because there is so much nuance when it comes to nutrition research; studying nutrition isn’t the same as studying pharmaceuticals. Nuanced Nutrition is an outlet to discuss these issues more broadly.

You’ll hear from me 1-2 times a month, and my posts:

  • Take a 360 view of a nutrition or health topic often painted in black and white. Like, “All carbs are bad!” or “Everyone should eat [fill in the blank diet],” or “Seed oils will kill you!”

  • Offer peace of mind and empowerment to take action, even when it feels daunting or pointless (It’s not!).

  • Subscribe to get full access to the newsletter and publication archives.
